Welcome Hugo Costa: OWASPs New Graphic Designer!
I would just like to formally introduce Hugo Costa to the OWASP Community as he has recently joined the OWASP Ops Team as our new part-time Graphic Designer. Hugo is located in Lisbon, Portugal, and he will be helping the staff, and our community members, with our graphic design activities related to conferences, chapters, projects, and more.
Please join me in welcoming Hugo to the community! I encourage all of you to reach out to us with any design needs you may have so we can start managing the workload. I am confident we will be able to get a good workflow going so we can alleviate some of the community's design needs.
About Hugo:
Hugo Costa is a Portuguese Graphic Designer taking his first steps in the OWASP Community. Hugo has worked between the fast paced world of television, as a in-house designer, and the brainstorming volcanoes of design agencies, participating in event creation and organization, website design, branding, video development, TV graphics and motion graphics. He thinks that making a positive impact on peoples lives should be a life mission, and joining the OWASP team is a dream come true.
Hugo earned a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design and Illustration from ARCA-EUAC, and the First Certificate in English from Cambridge School Portugal.
Hugo in his own words:
I’m driven and focused when it comes to having a project ready and finished. I love to get feedback from everyone involved in a project, positive or negative, because, in the end, it will make the path between the first briefing and the final presentation a lot easier. Making cool, simple and clean design is everything to me me, because I believe that’s the right way to get the message across.
Hugo's Graphic Design Role with OWASP:
Please join me by welcoming Hugo to our OWASP family!
