Women in AppSec: Apply for a chance to attend AppSec EU 2014 in Cambridge, UK!

Following the success of Women in AppSec at AppSec APAC in March, the AppSec EU organizers are going forward with their own Women in AppSec EU this June. The AppSec EU organizers are looking to send at least one woman from the European region to this year’s AppSec EU conference in Cambridge, UK, June 23-26.

The objective of the Women in AppSec Program is to encourage women, from all levels in application/ information security to expand their skills in application security. This year’s winner will be awarded attendance to the AppSec EU conference and at least one in-depth training session. The Women in AppSec Program was successfully launched in 2011 at AppSec USA, and will be making its European debut at this year’s AppSec EU.

Submissions to the Women in AppSec are now open and will close on May 26, by 5pm GMT. Applicants will need to submit the form and one letter of recommendation to be considered for the Women in AppSec Program sponsorship.
